• Developing a business continuity strategies
• Delivering Detailed recovery plans
• Undertaking multiple exercises to test the developed plans
• Testing and training plans
• Training and knowledge transfer to key members of the client team

Tayside Health Board (NHS Tayside) was established in April 1974 and is responsible for commissioning healthcare services for the residents in the geographical local government areas of Angus, Dundee and Perth and Kinross which has a combined population of 389,700.  The organisation employs some 1400 staff.
