Quality Management - ISO9001:2000
Qualitay prides itself on its unique, common sense and practical approach to implementation of ISO9001:2000 within its client's businesses. In our experience, many organisations are already operating to many of the requirements set out in the standard but may not have these documented or indeed measured.
A typical engagement requires a site visit of between one and two days where we will firstly assess using our gap analysis tools your current position against the requirements of the Standard. We will then focus on the activities your organisation undertakes directly affecting the product or service you offer.
If necessary, we will develop and agree a programme to enable you to rectify the areas we feel are non-compliant.
Subsequent to the site visit, you will receive all the necessary documentation including the quality manual to allow you to apply for ISO9001:2000 certification.
Upon certification you will receive:
- Quality Manual
- All relevant documentation on CD/DVD
Our fixed fee approach based on turnover enables you to understand the full cost in advance.

All fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. No additional charges are levied for mainland UK travel or subsistence.
